Good news, after years of research and development, our latest generation of flagship product - wireless Integrated X-ray Units finally make it to the market!

Developed by Dandong Flaw Detection Instruments Factory in collaboration with UK and Iran R&D teams, DTX/WF is the next generation of constant frequency wireless integrated X-ray Unit. By utilizing HMI and connecting with PLC, Wireless Communication Module, DT Integrated Circuit and varies sensors, user can send operation commands and set parameters using the touch screen display on the controller,  operation status will then be shown on the display.

The new generation of constant frequency DTX / WF wireless (integrated) X-ray flaw Unit, through a range of different type of sensors, the CPU determines whether the system is able to sustain continuous X-ray emitting for testing. When the X-ray tube temperature is too high, the CPU automatically turn off and locks the "High Voltage On" button. Through the touch screen real time temperature changes will be automatically shown to the user, when the temperature dropped within the safe threshold, high voltage is re-enabled instantly, therefore no need to follow the traditional 1: 1 working method, this greatly improving work efficiency.

The DTX / WF Wireless (Integrated) X-Ray Flaw Detector features a radio communication module that eliminates the operator's hassles associated with the inconveniences caused by the long distance, inflexibility and weight of the physical connecting cables. Whether for indoor or outdoor operation, the system can be benefited from the stable, strong anti-interference signal transmission using the latest wireless technology.
